I I normally wear a medium bought this in a small. It fits perfectly. For a looser fit, I'll order a medium next time. The cotton is super soft and feels so cozy, even without the sleeves. My daughter wants one so I'll be making another purchase soon. One of the simple things I love about all of the shirts or hoodies is that there's no fabric tag. The name and size are stamped into the inside of the shirt in large print.
